These small powerhouses help reduce inflammation, teat or prevent anxiety and depression. If that's not convincing enough, they have been shown to slow the aging process…now who can argue with that?

  • How do I use them?

    Add them to our smoothies, like our tasty Nuts and Bolt or our juice, Sustainable Energy. At home? Sprinkle chia on your morning yogurt parfait, make a chia pudding or give your salad a boost…really anything goes with chia.

    Stressed? Need a boost of energy? Goji's to the rescue! These powerful antioxidants help keep your circulation flowing, your immune system high and keep you looking young.

  • How do I use them?

    Try it in our Vitamin Booster and have the goji's give you an energy boost. At home? Try them in a trail mix, sprinkle some on your granola, or add these jewels in your salad and enjoy the benefits.


Organic manuka honey

    Manuka honey is uniquely interesting…Aside from all honey possessing some degree of antibacterial properties that help keep us healthy - manuka honey contains a very high amount that was able to be quantified. So manuka honey has a scale indicating its antibacterial potency, which is very unique. It has been shown to effectively support the immune system, digestive tract issues such as acid reflux, indigestions, IBS and stomach ulcers.

  • How do I use it?

    Manuka honey is an easy one to get into your diet. Add it to your morning smoothie, like our homemade cashew milk based Chocolate Heaven. At home? Try a teaspoon when a cold is coming on, or spread on some lovely warm whole wheat bread. You can even heal wounds with Manuka honey when applied directly to the skin… mind blown!


Organic fresh wheatgrass

    1 oz of juiced wheatgrass = 1 kg vegetable nutrients! Wheatgrass is high in chlorophyll which assists the body in restoring itself. It cleanses and builds the blood.

  • How do I use them?

    We grow and juice our own organic wheatgrass. Up for a shot? We serve it straight up with an orange wedge chaser. Want to ease into it? Swirl it into your Immunity Builder or Dance to the Beet juices and boost the health benefits of those juices exponentially. At home? Unless you are up for sprouting and watching wheatgrass grow to the perfect juicing height only to cutting and juicing it…your only option is the powdered kind, or to come in and have us do the dirty work for you!
